Roles & Responsibilities:
● Prepare precast concrete shop drawings and detailed drawings using Revit & AutoCAD.
● Develop and maintain accurate 2D &3D precast models.
● Produce fabrication and erection drawings as per project requirements.
● Review architectural and structural drawings for detailing requirements.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
● Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards.
● Update and revise models/drawings based on client comments and design changes.
Requirements:
● 2–5 years of experience in Precast Detailing.
● Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
● Good knowledge of precast concrete elements and detailing.
● Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
● Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
● Positive communication and coordination skills.
● Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
Preferred:
● Experience working on US Standards precast projects.
● Familiarity with BIM workflows and detailing standards.
