Role Description The Apprentice Bakery role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The apprentice will support the bakery team in preparing breads, pastries, and desserts under the guidance of senior bakers and chefs. Daily tasks include measuring and mixing ingredients, assisting with dough preparation, operating basic bakery equipment, and following standardized recipes and hygiene procedures. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness in the bakery area, organizing supplies,



and helping with product display and replenishment. The apprentice will learn professional baking techniques, food safety standards, and hotel kitchen operations while contributing to consistent quality and timely service for guests.
