• Robust site supervision and project coordination skills, including managing contractors, vendors, and daily work schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret interior drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.
• Knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and installation methods, with attention to quality and detail.
• Familiarity with basic project management practices, including progress tracking, documentation, and reporting.
• Should have knowledge of MEP HVAC FIRE FIGHTING
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Understanding of site safety standards and regulatory requirements applicable to interior projects.
