Executive – Accounts Receivable & Collections

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Executive – Accounts Receivable & Collections to join our Finance team and support the organization's receivables management and collection processes.
The role will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collections, reducing overdue balances, monitoring aging reports, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining healthy customer relationships. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing cash flow, improving collection efficiency, and supporting overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Collections activities for assigned customer accounts.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices and overdue payments through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Monitor aging reports and drive timely collections to ensure receivable targets are achieved.
• Conduct customer account reconciliations and resolve payment disputes, short payments, and billing discrepancies.




• Maintain accurate records of collection activities, payment commitments, and customer communications.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve billing issues and facilitate collections.
• Prepare receivables reports, collection MIS, aging analysis, and management dashboards.
• Track customer payment trends and escalate high-risk or long-pending accounts as required.
• Support month-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable and collections.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring adherence to collection policies and financial controls.

What We're Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, O2C, Credit Control, Payment follow up or related finance operations.
• Experience handling B2B collections and customer account management.
