We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead brand development, trade marketing and digital campaigns. You will own marketing planning, execution, budgets and performance reviews—balancing long-term brand building with measurable business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Brand & Marketing Strategy
• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals, sales priorities and brand positioning.
• Analyse consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage brand communication, packaging briefs and consistency across retail and digital touchpoints.
• Lead marketing plans for recent product launches with Sales, R&D; and Production, and evaluate post-launch performance.

? Offline & Trade Marketing
• Plan and execute retail promotions,



product sampling, demonstrations, exhibitions, distributor meets and consumer activations.
• Develop point-of-sale materials, in-store branding and merchandising guidelines.
• Work with Sales and channel partners to improve outlet visibility, product trials and secondary sales.
• Evaluate promotional schemes and activations against budgets, execution standards and business results.
• Conduct market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activity and execution gaps.

? Online & Digital Marketing
• Lead campaigns across Meta, Google, social media, the company website and relevant e-commerce platforms.
• Oversee content calendars, creative development, influencer collaborations, SEO and paid advertising.
• Monitor campaign tracking, lead quality, conversions, customer acquisition costs and return on advertising spend.
