About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious, data-driven, and hands-on Sr. Marketing Manager to take high-accountability ownership of our performance marketing engine in an Individual Contributor (IC) role within our pre-existing growth team. You will be directly responsible for planning, executing, and scaling acquisition channels to drive revenue and market expansion across the US market.
We are specifically seeking a 98th percentile performer with a background in rapid-paced startups or ad agencies - someone who thrives in high-pressure environments, possesses deep multi-channel expertise, and translates raw data into aggressive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Hands-on Paid Acquisition (IC Role): Directly execute, manage, and scale performance campaigns targeting US audiences across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Programmatic (DSP/SSP), and Influencer networks.
New Growth Initiatives: Continuously test, validate, and scale new acquisition channels, experimental levers, and programmatic media to keep acquisition diversified and unit economics healthy.
Media Planning & Budget Ownership: Build, manage, and optimize performance budgets to maximize ROI/ROAS, maintaining a tight grasp on CAC and LTV metrics.
Data, Analytics & Insights: Deep-dive number crunching, attribution modelling, and campaign diagnostics to deliver actionable, revenue-focused insights.
End-to-End Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate cross-functionally across engineering, design, sales, and pr
