Corporate & Employment Associate

About the Role

We are looking for two motivated and detail-oriented Corporate & Employment Associates to join our legal team. The role will involve advising clients on corporate and commercial matters, drafting and reviewing legal documentation, and assisting with employment and workplace-related legal requirements.

The ideal candidate should have solid drafting and research skills, sound knowledge of corporate and employment laws, and the ability to independently manage client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate & Commercial
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial and corporate agreements, including:
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Service and Vendor Agreements
- SaaS Agreements
- Consultancy Agreements
- Employment Agreements
- Founders' Agreements
- Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs)
- Channel Partner Agreements and other commercial contracts
- Assist in corporate structuring,



legal advisory and general corporate matters.
- Conduct legal research and provide practical, business-oriented legal inputs.
- Review and prepare corporate and commercial documentation for clients.
- Assist with due diligence and related corporate documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and other professional stakeholders on legal requirements.

Employment & Labour Law
- Draft and review employment-related documentation, including employment agreements, consultancy agreements, HR policies and related documents.
- Advise on employment and labour law matters, including employee exits, disciplinary matters and workplace compliance.
- Assist clients with POSH compliance, including policies, notices, documentation and related advisory.
- Assist in reviewing HR policies, employee handbooks and internal workplace documentation.
- Conduct research on applicable labour and employment laws and regulatory dev
