We specialise in Point of Sale Materials (POSM), in-store branding, retail installations, visual merchandising, brand activation, and end-to-end project execution across multiple cities.
With 200% month-on-month growth, we are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to strengthen client relationships, manage key accounts, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities• Account Ownership: Act as the single point of contact for key accounts across FMCG, beauty, retail, and quick commerce.
• Client Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships, understand client requirements,



and proactively recommend solutions.
• POSM Project Planning & Execution: Coordinate with design, procurement, production, logistics, and field execution teams to ensure timely, quality delivery of POSM and retail branding projects.
• Revenue Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Reporting & MIS: Maintain accurate trackers, submit weekly/monthly reports, and monitor client satisfaction.
• Coordination & Escalation: Lead internal alignment meetings, manage the recce-to-report closure cycle, and resolve project escalations.
• Business Development Support: Contribute to pitch decks, case studies, and pricing strategies for new briefs and repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
