Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Researcher - Quantitative & Qualitative at Outline India in Gurugram. The role involves conducting research, collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and providing valuable insights to drive social impact initiatives.

Qualifications
• Quantitative and Qualitative Research Skills
• Data Collection and Analysis proficiency




• Report Preparation and Presentation abilities
• Experience with Social Impact Research
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Team handling both on-site and off-site for field researchers
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct Focus Group Discussions, In-depth Interviews
• Should know research proposal drafting and report writing
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Software proficiency in STATA, R, Python, SPSS, MS Excel
• Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics)
