We are seeking an organized, proactive, and highly discreet Founder Operations Coordinator to protect the founder’s focus and eliminate operational friction. You will serve as the primary operational support for the Founder’s Office, acting as a gatekeeper and coordinator to ensure that the leadership team can maintain high-level strategic focus.



You will be responsible for filtering communication, managing workflows, and ensuring that no operational "noise" distracts from the core mission.Key Responsibilities
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the first point of contact for vendors, store teams, and external partners. Ensure only essential inquiries reach the founders.
• Calendar & Schedule Management: Proactively manage the founder’s calendar, prioritizing high-impact engagements and ensuring efficient time blocks.
• Communication Filtering: Screen phone calls, monitor internal and external WhatsApp groups, and summarize email correspondence to provide actionable briefings.
