Role Description The Sales Manager role at Wisenz.AI is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions, partners, and other stakeholders. Daily activities include prospecting, conducting product demos, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue and growth targets. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, provide input on sales strategy, and maintain accurate sales reporting and forecasting.




Qualifications
• Solid skills in B2B sales, account management, and relationship building, ideally within edtech or SaaS environments.
• Experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Ability to conduct effective product presentations, demos, and negotiations, with clear and persuasive communication skills.
• Knowledge of education sector dynamics, including working with schools, learning centers, or educational organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with data-driven decision-making and strategic thinking.
• Collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
