Role Description This full-time, in office Customer Service Representative role is based in Kochi. The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and in-app channels, addressing queries related to loans, repayments, and account status. Responsibilities include resolving issues promptly, providing clear information on Kissht’s products and processes,



guiding customers through digital journeys, and escalating complex cases when needed. The role involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, following compliance and quality standards, and contributing to continuous improvement in service delivery and customer experience. The representative will collaborate with internal teams such as operations, risk, and product to ensure seamless support.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Customer Service and Customer Support, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, with the ability to empathize and build trust.
