Role Overview -

We are looking for an People and Culture Manager who can build a high-trust, high-performance people function at LegitQuest.



This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who can balance strategic thinking with strong execution across talent acquisition, employee experience, performance management, compliance, culture, and people operations.
This is not just an execution role. We need someone who can help shape how the company hires, grows, engages, and retains talent as the business scales. You will work closely with leadership and functional heads to create an setting where ambitious teams can do their best work.

Key Responsibilities -

• Own end-to-end recruitment across business, product, technology, customer success, sales, marketing, and research functions.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, role scoping, job descriptions, hiring priorities, and organization design.
• Build strong hiring processes across sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, offer rollout, and onboa
