Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities for buildings, facilities, and project premises.
• Manage the maintenance of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, lifts, pumps, and other building equipment.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out on time.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, technicians, and service providers.
• Monitor the functioning of building infrastructure and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Handle complaints related to maintenance and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage maintenance budgets, service contracts, and inventory of spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and applicable maintenance regulations.
• Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, equipment logs, and AMC documentation.
• Supervise the maintenance team and ensure efficient allocation of work.
• Coordinate with project, operations, and facility management teams for smooth operations.
• Identify recurring issues and implement measures to reduce breakdowns and maintenance costs.





Required Skills & Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in building maintenance, facility management, real estate, or construction.
• Strong knowledge of building services, electrical and plumbing systems, and maintenance procedures.
• Experience in vendor management, team supervision, budgeting, and preventive maintenance.
• Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple maintenance activities and resolve issues efficiently.

Preferred Candidate
• Candidates with experience in builder firms, commercial/residential real estate projects, high-rise buildings, or facility management will be preferred.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in MEP maintenance and building operations will have an added advantage.
