The firm is now moving into next phase of growth and is looking to build its origination Team for the next decade of growth plans.

Role Overview
As an Associate at InvestArc, you will play a key role across transaction execution, business development and practice building. The role offers significant responsibility across live mandates, with direct exposure to founders, investors, senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
The individual will be expected to independently drive key workstreams across transactions, develop strong sector and market understanding,



contribute to business development initiatives and support the broader growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities
1 Transaction Execution & Advisory
2 Drive key workstreams across the deal lifecycle, from onboarding through transaction closure, including financial modelling, valuation analyses, benchmarking and preparation of transaction collateral such as CIMs and teasers.
3 Conduct company and industry analysis to support transaction strategy, investor positioning and client discussions, while managing investor outreach and communication flows.
4 Coordinate diligence processes with auditors, lawyers, consultants and other external advisors, and drive multiple parallel workstreams across live mandates to ensure high-qual
