We are looking for an ERP Domain Expert with strong communication and presentation skills who can effectively communicate the capabilities and business value of our products to customers, partners and the market.
This is not a conventional CRM or calling role. The ideal candidate should have strong ERP functional knowledge and be able to explain complex product features through practical business scenarios, demonstrations, webinars and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop strong functional knowledge of AlignGo, AlignBooks and Align360.
• Conduct webinars, seminars, product demonstrations and customer sessions.
• Explain product capabilities through practical business use cases.
• Engage with existing customers to improve product awareness and adoption.
• Work closely with Product, Implementation, Support and Sales teams.
• Convert successful implementations into case studies and presentations.




• Communicate new product features and releases to customers and partners.
• Capture customer and partner feedback for the Product team.
• Identify opportunities for customers to benefit from additional modules/features.
• Create reusable presentations, demo stories and product content.

Ideal Candidate
• 4–10 years of experience in ERP, accounting or business software.
• Strong functional knowledge of Accounting, GST, Inventory, Sales and Purchase.
• Exposure to Manufacturing, Distribution, WMS, Logistics, CRM or HRMS is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer-facing skills.
• Confident in conducting webinars and product demonstrations.
• Ability to explain ERP functionality in simple business language.
• Experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Pre-Sales Consultant, Product Trainer or ERP Customer Success professional will be highly relevant.
