Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Bhubaneswar. The Field Sales Executive will identify and approach potential residential, commercial, and MSME customers for rooftop solar and other clean-energy solutions, conduct site visits,



and explain technical and financial benefits in simple terms. The role involves generating leads through field outreach, local networking, and partnerships, managing a sales pipeline, and following up to convert prospects into closed projects. The Field Sales Executive will prepare and present proposals, support basic system sizing discussions with the technical team, and coordinate with operations for smooth installation and customer onboarding. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets, and representing Clans Machina professionally in local markets and community events.

Qualifications
• Proven field sales or business development experience, preferably in solar, clean-energy, or related sectors.
• Strong customer relationship skills, including the ability to build trust, handle objections, and close deals.
