Job Summary:
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex, large-scale programs involving multiple projects, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders. The role focuses on strategic planning, program governance, delivery excellence, risk management, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful execution of business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have robust leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive program outcomes within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs involving multiple projects and workstreams.
• Define program objectives, scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.
• Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, reporting structures, steering committee reviews, and escalation mechanisms.
• Manage program budgets, resource allocation, capacity planning, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, business stakeholders, technology teams, project managers, and external vendors to ensure program alignment.
• Monitor program performance using KPIs, dashboards, status reports, and milestone tracking.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and potential delivery bottlenecks.
• Drive effective communication and coordination across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical issues affecting program delivery.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates to senior management on program progress, risks, financials, and business outcomes.
