About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in B2B sales or strategic partnerships and a passion for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target industries/clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Strategy & Operations) to tailor solutions and proposals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and business pitches.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client and pipeline information.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent the company.

Requirements:





• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 2-4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity and strong network with brands and strong local network is preferred.
