Role Overview
We are looking for a Manager – Gender Project to support the day-to-day coordination and implementation of the Gender Equality Initiative. Working closely with the Program Lead and the broader project team, the Manager will help drive on-ground execution across the four intervention areas, maintain project documentation and trackers, and support monitoring, reporting, and donor compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Project Coordination: Support planning and day-to-day execution of activities under Safe Abortion, Nutrition, Mental Health, and Women’s Leadership interventions across telemedicine centres.
• Field & Centre Liaison: Coordinate with telemedicine centre staff, paramedics, and doctors (gynaecologist, nutritionist, mental health counsellor) to ensure smooth service delivery and timely data flow.
