Job Description: Senior Wealth Advisor / Senior Financial Advisor (Business Development)
Location: Mumbai | Full-time
Purpose
To help clients achieve their financial goals through personalized, unbiased and goal-based advice, while contributing to the company’s growth vision in a collaborative, entrepreneurial workplace and strengthening the firm’s reputation for excellence and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, retain and deepen relationships with HNI and mass-affluent clients through structured financial advisory.
• Conduct holistic financial needs analysis, goal assessment and risk profiling to develop appropriate investment and protection strategies.
• Provide unbiased, goal-based advice across asset classes, including mutual funds, PMS, insurance and fixed income.
• Develop and present personalized financial plans, investment strategies and portfolio recommendations aligned with clients’ goals, risk profile, time horizon and financial circumstances.




• Conduct periodic portfolio and financial reviews to assess progress against client goals and recommend changes or rebalancing where appropriate.
• Monitor client portfolios and relevant market developments to ensure recommendations remain appropriate and aligned with the client’s objectives.
• Maintain clear documentation of client discussions, suitability assessment, recommendations and the rationale supporting advice.
• Drive AUM growth and revenue through proactive business development, client acquisition, relationship expansion, referrals and high-quality advisory, supported by a sustained track record of sales performance and client retention.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory norms, applicable advisory requirements and internal governance standards.
• Partner with Research, Operations and other relevant internal teams for seamless execution and delivery of client outcomes.
• Represent the firm as a trusted advisor with strong product, market and financial planning knowledge.
