Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Support Specialist | System & Network Administrator located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to users, managing IT infrastructure, maintaining computer systems and networks, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.The role involves system administration, network monitoring, user support, IT asset management, software installation and configuration, network troubleshooting, and coordination with internal teams and service providers to ensure reliable and secure IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide first-level and second-level IT support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment
• Manage and maintain Windows operating systems, user accounts, software, and system configurations
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, VPN, and network-related issues
• Configure and maintain network devices such as switches, routers, access points, and firewalls
• Support administration of Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Perform software installation, updates, patching, and system configuration
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner
• Maintain IT assets, inventory records, warranties, licenses, and equipment
