Role Description The Executive Chef is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations for the company’s in-house food services. The role includes planning menus, designing food offerings, and ensuring high-quality, consistent preparation for employees, clients, and visitors. The Executive Chef manages procurement of ingredients, controls food costs, and maintains hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards in the kitchen.



Day-to-day tasks involve supervising kitchen staff, organizing work schedules, training team members, and monitoring food presentation and service. The role also requires coordination with management to support events, meetings, and special occasions with appropriate catering.
Qualifications
• Strong culinary skills in menu planning, recipe development, and preparation of diverse cuisines, with an emphasis on quality and consistency.
• Experience in kitchen management, including staff supervision, shift scheduling, and workflow optimization in a professional kitchen workplace.
• Demonstrated ability in food safety, hygiene practices, and compliance with local health and safety regulations.
