Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager role based in Patna. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations for housing finance products, including home loans, loans against property, balance transfers, and top-up loans,



ensuring growth in assigned territories. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring a sales team, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, channel partners, and local stakeholders, conducting market analysis, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Manager will also ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and high standards of customer service, while collaborating with credit, operations, and collections teams to enable smooth end-to-end processes.
