About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or appointments.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
· Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
· Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
· Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
· Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
· Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer information.




· Handle basic customer queries and resolve them professionally.
· Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
· Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
· Coordinate with the sales/business development team.
· Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating with customers.
Required Skills
· Good verbal communication skills.
· Basic knowledge of Hindi, English, and Odia.
· Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.
· Positive listening and convincing skills.
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Basic computer knowledge.
· Ability to handle targets and follow-ups.
· Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
