Role Description The Psychology Therapist will provide direct clinical services to children and adults, including psychological assessments, individual and group therapy,



and behavior intervention planning in an on-site setting in the Greater Vadodara Area. This full-time role involves developing and implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, and regularly reviewing outcomes to ensure effective, evidence-based care. The therapist will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, special educators, and other clinicians, to deliver integrated and family-centered support. Responsibilities include conducting intake evaluations, maintaining accurate clinical records, communicating treatment goals with caregivers, and participating in case discussions and team meetings. The role also involves contributing to program development, promoting a supportive therapeutic environment, and engaging in ongoing professional learning.
