Role Description The Customer Relations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves welcoming and assisting customers at the dealership, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns. The individual will handle follow-up calls, maintain customer records, and coordinate with sales and service teams to improve customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include managing feedback, supporting service appointments,



and ensuring that each customer interaction reflects the dealership’s standards of professionalism and care. The role requires proactive communication with clients to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Client Relations abilities to build trust and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle queries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM or customer databases.
