Role Description The Performance Marketing Executive at Moxie Beauty is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon.
This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across performance channels such as search, social, display, and marketplaces to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Day-to-day tasks include managing ad budgets, tracking key metrics, analyzing campaign performance, and providing data-driven recommendations to improve return on ad spend.




The role involves close collaboration with brand, content, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective targeting.

The Performance Marketing Executive will also test new channels, creatives, and audience segments, and support reporting and insights for leadership.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in performance marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, marketing dashboards).
