Key Responsibilities• Prepare and maintain project schedules, timelines, and progress trackers using Microsoft Project (MS Project).
• Assist in project planning, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and deadline monitoring.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, production, quality, and site execution teams.
• Track engineering deliverables, material procurement, manufacturing progress, and project documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports for management review.
• Monitor project milestones and identify schedule deviations, delays, and potential bottlenecks.
• Follow up with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely completion of project activities.
• Maintain project records, drawings, technical documents, MOMs, and action trackers.
• Support preparation of project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), Gantt charts, and look-ahead schedules.
• Assist in tracking project costs, material requirements, and delivery commitments.




• Ensure proper document control and compliance with project specifications and customer requirements.
• Support project managers in administrative and coordination activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications and Skills• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project planning, or project management within the water treatment, wastewater treatment, process equipment, or manufacturing industry.
• Working knowledge of MS Project is mandatory.
• Good understanding of project scheduling, Gantt charts, milestones, dependencies, and progress tracking.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment, fabrication, piping, pumps, tanks, and industrial systems.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, documentation, and reporting skills.
