Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Regional Sales Manager role based in Politics of Chandigarh. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations across designated coworking hubs, driving revenue growth and occupancy targets. Responsibilities include developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing and mentoring a local sales team, and building strong relationships with startups, SMEs,



and corporate clients. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings and site tours, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with operations and marketing to ensure a seamless client experience. The Regional Sales Manager will track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide market insights to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in regional or territory sales management, preferably in coworking, real estate, commercial leasing, or B2B services.
• Solid skills in business development, lead generation, pipeline management, and closing high-value deals.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
