About the Role:
We are looking for highly motivated, energetic, and result-oriented Direct Sales Associates to join our high-growth EdTech sales team in Bengaluru and Chennai. In this role you will be the face of the company, directly interacting with parents and students to understand their educational gaps and pitch our premium learning solutions.
This is a hardcore direct role requiring a blend of persistent tele-calling, virtual counseling and field consulting to meet monthly revenue milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Conversion: Initiate outbound connections with potential leads generated through marketing campaigns via cold calls, emails and WhatsApp.
• Educational Counseling: Act as an academic consultant by identifying the specific learning needs of students, mapping them to our courses, and conducting impactful product demonstrations.
• End-to-End Sales Closure: Manage the complete sales pipeline from first contact, overcoming customer objections to final payment collection and onboarding.
• Target Achievement:



Consistently achieve individual daily talk-time metrics and monthly gross revenue targets.
• Relationship Building: Build a robust rapport with parents and prospective buyers to foster long-term customer trust and generate organic referrals.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: 0 to 2 years of proven experience in hardcore inside sales, direct sales or business development. Experience in EdTech, BFSI, Telecom or high-velocity B2C sales is a major advantage.
Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in local languages (Kannada for Bengaluru / Tamil for Chennai) is highly desirable to build a local connection.
Mindset: High resilience, target-driven attitude, and ability to handle intense market rejection.
Logistics: Willingness to work on a rotational roster, including weekends (Saturdays & Sundays are critical business days in EdTech).
