Role Description
The Academic Program Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves coordinating fellowship programs from inception to completion, including scheduling classes, liaising with faculty and hospital partners, and ensuring smooth delivery of academic content.



The coordinator will support curriculum implementation, track learner progress, manage academic records, and address participant queries in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities also include assisting in program development, organizing assessments and evaluations, preparing reports on program performance, and ensuring compliance with academic standards and accreditation requirements. The role requires close collaboration with internal academic teams and external stakeholders to maintain a high-quality learning experience for all participants.

Program Delivery & Academic Operations
Manage end-to-end academic program delivery across online and offline formats.Ensure smooth scheduling and execution of lectures, workshops, and hospital-based training sessions.Monitor program quality and ensure adherence to academic standards.
