We have an exciting prospect for you to join our team as Senior Manager. Reporting to the Director, this full-time and permanent position is based in Mumbai, India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Management Accounts and its’ growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring all deliverable are accurately completed on time as per the agreed SLA with client
• Manage assigned client portfolio, actively motivate, counsel and support teams for goal congruence.
• Manage multiple migrations of finance,



accounting and controllership processes to pre-determined KPI’s and SLA
• Seek guidance from Sr. management in case of sensitive issues (out of control of self-influence)
• Work as Subject Matter Expert and develop knowledge on cross functional subject (IFRS, Ind AS, US GAAP)
• Apply accounting, financial, and analytical skills to various client situations, complex transactions and assist teams in accounting application of IFRS/Ind AS, US GAAP requirements.
• Organize information to facilitate effective data access and analysis.
• Managing and reporting progress versus project/client scope and/or results of activities.
• Identify key roles within the team and develop succession plan for team members to be able to fill these roles

Key requirements:

• Strong Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, Ind AS
• Strong Communication, Presentation skills & Customer Focus
• Strong team leading experience (at least 20+ employees) with working in a dynamic organization
