We are looking for a Project Coordinator to coordinate with clients and internal teams to facilitate regulatory compliance certifications and ensure smooth project execution.
Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role for a Project Coordinator at ERCS PRIVATE LIMITED in Noida. The Project Coordinator will work closely with clients and internal teams to manage project progress, coordinate regulatory approvals, and maintain lead records.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Work closely with the team and clients to ensure their products meet the necessary quality standards and obtain regulatory compliance certifications from the concerned regulatory departments (Government of India), including:
• Scheme-I of BIS [ISI Mark Certification (Domestic & FMCS)]
• Scheme-II of BIS [Registration (CRS)]
• WPC/ETA Approval
• EPR Authorization
• Segregate and delegate incoming leads to the concerned persons or departments.
• Maintain records of incoming leads and their progress.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Stay aware of regulatory compliance updates.
Qualifications
• Graduation in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of regulatory compliance is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
