We are hiring a Brand Management Specialist for our Middle East markets

About the Role
The Brand Manager makes sure every Lenskart's Middle East product launch & partnership campaign goes live on time, in both UAE and KSA. The role owns the project from brief to launch day, and holds the Creative Lead, Design, Social Media, VM and other teams to their deliverables and deadlines.
It also leads AI-first production of launch assets - brand visuals, campaign videos and 3D product videos are created with AI tools, in line with the creative direction set by the Creative Lead, through THE CONTENT FACTORY workflow.
The role sits in India but works for the Middle East. It needs someone who understands Gulf consumers and retail calendars, and who can run a launch across two markets and several teams without losing a deadline

Responsibilities

Product launches and partnership campaigns
• Own end-to-end delivery of all Lenskart ME product launches (e.g. Celestia, ONYX, Gilded, seasonal collections) and partnership campaigns,



making sure every campaign and its content launch on time and to the highest quality standard
• Build and deliver the launch toolkit for every launch and partnership campaign: key visuals, videos, key messages, social and CRM assets, VM and in-store guidelines, market-specific versions for UAE and KSA
• Build each launch plan from brief to go-live
• Make sure launches go live on time and in sync in both markets, adapting for each market's retail calendar and cultural moments (Saudi National Day, Ramadan, Eid, Riyadh Season)
• Run the launch cadence
• Spot risks early, resolve blockers and escalate when a deadline is at risk

Cross-functional delivery
• Coordinate every team that contributes to a launch, holding each to its deliverables and dates: the Creative Lead (creative direction), design, social media, VM, trade and retail, CRM, and partner brands
• Keep one shared launch timeline as the single source of truth for all teams and both markets
