We are looking for a dedicated Operations Executive to manage day-to-day platform activities, ensure smooth partner operations, and maintain high service quality across calls and chats.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and monitor daily call operations
• Manage WhatsApp conversations and ensure timely closures
• Onboard new partners and track their performance
• Ensure quality control through partner reviews and analytics
• Maintain overall operational efficiency of the platform
Requirements:

• Basic understanding of operations/customer handling
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
