Position- Product Marketing Manager

Role Description
This is a Product Marketing-cum-Strategy role focused on shaping, strengthening, and future-proofing Simplilearn’s program portfolio across multiple domains. The Product Manager will act as the strategic owner of program constructs identifying market opportunities, envisioning new programs, defining learner value propositions, tracking product health, and ensuring programs remain relevant, competitive, differentiated, and commercially viable.
The role carries three equal mandates. First, owning the pre-sale learner experience and content, so that every page, brochure, emailer, and communication is compelling, accurate, conversion-focused, and compliant with partner brand guidelines. Second, acting as a product and marketing POC for university, aligning Simplilearn's initiatives and partner expectations. Third, performing the core duties of a Product Manager: identifying market opportunities, defining program constructs, tracking product health, and ensuring programs have the right market positioning, learner outcomes, pricing logic,



delivery model, cost structure, and gross margin expectations. This is not a day-to-day GTM, delivery operations, or execution-heavy role. At the same time, this is not a curriculum-only role.

The role requires someone who values research, market intelligence, product strategy, learner experience, and business thinking in equal measure. The person should be able to understand emerging trends, identify high-potential opportunities, define robust program constructs, and ensure that existing programs continue to meet or surpass market expectations.
