Role Description This is a full time, on-site Admissions Counselor role based in Panchkula. The Admissions Counselor will engage with prospective learners and families, explain programmes and guarantees, and guide them in selecting the course that best matches their goals.



Day-to-day responsibilities include handling walk-in and phone inquiries, conducting initial assessments, maintaining accurate records of leads and enrollments, and following up with prospects to support their decision-making. The role involves coordinating with trainers to align expectations, supporting fee and documentation processes, and ensuring a welcoming, professional experience throughout the admissions journey. The Admissions Counselor will also contribute to outreach activities, provide feedback on common learner needs, and uphold Gratis’s commitment to transparent, result-oriented education.
