Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate Business Manager - Paid Media to join our growing Paid Media team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid media channels.

This role requires someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing day-to-day client communication, while collaborating with internal creative, analytics, and marketing teams.

What You’ll Do

• Campaign Planning & Execution
•
• Support the planning and execution of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
• Coordinate campaign schedules, deliverables, and timelines.
• Monitor campaigns regularly and support ongoing optimization to improve performance.

• Data Analysis & Reporting
•
• Analyze campaign performance and identify actionable insights.




• Track key performance indicators and highlight areas for optimization.
• Prepare regular campaign reports and performance updates.
• Translate campaign data into explicit recommendations and next steps.

• Creative Coordination
•
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure timely development and delivery of campaign assets.
• Coordinate ad copies, visuals, and other creative requirements.
• Support A/B testing of creatives, messaging, and formats to improve campaign performance.

• Budget Management
•
• Monitor and track advertising spends across campaigns.
• Ensure budgets are allocated effectively and remain aligned with campaign objectives.
• Support financial tracking, reporting, and budget analysis.

• Market & Audience Research
•
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, audiences, and emerging opportunities.
• Identify insights that can help improve campaign strategies.
• Contribute to audience targeting and media planning
