PRIMEVIA, a brand of ALI AGRI EXPORT, is expanding its distribution network across Gujarat. Our flagship product is PRIMEVIA Whole Psyllium Husk (Isabgol), an FSSAI-licensed dietary fibre product available in 50g, 100g and 200g packs.
Position: Independent Sales & Distributor Development Agent
Location: Gujarat, India
Engagement: Independent Contract / Freelance
Compensation: 100% Sales Commission Based — No Fixed Salary
We are seeking experienced and self-motivated independent sales professionals who can independently develop distributor networks, conduct field marketing, negotiate commercial terms and close confirmed sales orders.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and appoint distributors, wholesalers and channel partners across Gujarat.
• Conduct field visits, product presentations and B2B marketing activities.
• Build relationships with medical stores, pharmacy wholesalers, Ayurvedic retailers, wellness stores, FMCG distributors and supermarkets.
• Handle distributor meetings, pricing discussions and commercial negotiations within company-approved terms.




• Convert qualified prospects into confirmed, paid opening stock orders.
• Maintain distributor relationships and support repeat business.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback.

Required Experience & Skills
• Minimum 3 years of relevant field sales, channel sales or distributor development experience preferred.
• Existing network of distributors, stockists, wholesalers or retailers in Gujarat.
• Experience in OTC wellness, nutraceuticals, health supplements, Ayurvedic products or FMCG.
• Proven ability to independently negotiate and close B2B sales.
• Solid communication and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel and conduct field visits across assigned territories.

Commission & Partnership Terms
• 100% performance-based commission structure.
• Proposed 5% commission on net collected sales, excluding GST.
• No fixed salary or monthly retainer.
