Role Description The Performance Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and display to drive qualified leads and enrollments. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing paid advertising budgets,



tracking campaign performance, analyzing data, and preparing reports and insights for stakeholders. The specialist will collaborate with marketing, sales, and academic teams to refine targeting, messaging, and landing pages that improve conversion rates. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
