Role Overview
OrigoVisa Private Limited is looking for an experienced Team Lead - Immigration Consultant - Inside Sales with robust knowledge of immigration consulting for Germany, Australia, and Canada.
The candidate should be able to independently handle sales calls, client consultations, follow-ups, objections, and conversions, while also leading and managing a team of Immigration Consultants.
This is a target-driven inside sales role where the candidate will be responsible for both individual sales performance and team sales performance, including revenue, conversions, productivity, and target achievement.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and independently conduct immigration consultations for Germany, Australia, and Canada.
- Lead, manage, and take ownership of the performance of the Immigration Consulting sales team.




- Achieve assigned individual sales and revenue targets through calls, consultations, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team sales, activity, and revenue targets.
- Monitor team members' calls, follow-ups, consultations, conversions, productivity, and target achievement.
- Coach and guide team members on sales calls, client consultation, objection handling, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Support team members in complex client discussions and escalated sales situations.
- Maintain an active individual and team sales pipeline and ensure timely lead follow-ups and CRM updates.
- Take ownership of individual and team sales performance and work towards achieving assigned targets.
- Conduct regular team sales reviews and take corrective actions where required.
- Coordinate with Immigration, Visa Processing, and Operations teams for smooth client handovers after conversion.
