About the Role

We are seeking a Research Associate to support strategic research, intelligence gathering, and analytical assignments across political, economic, social, and policy domains. The role involves analyzing complex information, identifying emerging trends, developing actionable insights, and producing intelligence reports to support strategic planning, decision-making, and content development.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct strategic research across political, economic, social, and policy-related domains.
* Monitor political developments, government policies, public discourse, and emerging trends.
* Gather, verify, and analyze information from public records, databases, reports, news sources, and other credible sources.
* Develop intelligence briefs, strategic reports, background notes, and analytical documents.
* Identify patterns, assess emerging developments,



and translate research findings into actionable insights.
* Conduct stakeholder mapping, institutional analysis, and assessments of relevant political and socio-economic dynamics.
* Develop evidence-backed story ideas, research narratives, and analytical inputs for editorial and strategic teams.
* Maintain structured intelligence databases, source repositories, and research documentation.
* Collaborate with strategy, editorial, and field teams to support ongoing projects and intelligence requirements.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, Economics, Public Policy, International Relations, Journalism, Law, or a related discipline.
* 2–5 years of experience in strategic research, political consulting, intelligence analysis, policy research, or related fields.
* Strong analytical thinking, investigative research, and report-writing capabilities.
