We’re hiring: Performance Marketer

Design Asylum Studio
Full time
Remote, but you must be based in Pune
₹50K to ₹75K per month

Design Asylum is a Pune-based branding and design studio with 10+ years behind us. We build brands, websites and apps, and we run growth for clients across India, the US and the Middle East. See our work at www.designasylum.in

We need someone who treats a growth account like it’s their own business. Not a person who launches ads and sends a screenshot on Friday. Someone who finds out why the numbers look the way they do, decides what to fix first, and then goes and fixes it.

Communication comes first.
You will speak directly with founders and brand teams, write the reports they read and defend the decisions you make. Clear, confident English, written and spoken, is non-negotiable. If you can’t explain why CAC went up in three sentences, the rest won’t matter.

What you’ll own, end to end
• You start with an audit. Where is money leaking: the ads, the landing page, the app onboarding,

the WhatsApp follow-up or the CRM? Then you build the plan and carry it through. That means strategy, briefing or designing creatives with our team, and running execution across Meta, Google, landing pages, app journeys, WhatsApp flows and CRM automation.
• In your first few weeks, you’ll set the targets for each account: leads, paid customers, CAC and revenue. Everyone should know what we’re working towards and whether we’re getting there.
• You’ll track what happens after the click. Ad dashboards love to report conversions that never pay. We want someone who connects ad spend to real subscriptions, real engagement and real revenue, and calls out the gap when the two don’t match.
• You’ll build reports and dashboards that a founder can open on a Monday morning and understand in two minutes.

You’ll fit in if you
• Have 2+ years running paid campaigns with real budgets and can show before-and-after numbers
• Know Meta Ads and Google Ads well, and are comfort
