Compensation:
• NA Market: Up to ₹9 LPA fixed + ₹4L+ Incentives
• US Market: Up to ₹13 LPA fixed

Role Overview
We are looking for driven and customer-focused Senior Admission Counsellors to manage prospective learners from the US and North American markets.
The role involves understanding learners' skilled goals, recommending suitable education programs, managing the complete sales lifecycle, and consistently achieving enrollment and revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will have strong international sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to convert qualified leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with prospective learners from the assigned international market through calls, virtual consultations, and other communication channels.
• Understand learners' career aspirations, professional backgrounds, and learning objectives to recommend relevant programs.
• Conduct personalized counselling sessions and communicate program value propositions, curriculum, outcomes, and differentiators.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial lead engagement and qualification to counselling, objection handling, follow-ups, and enrollment closure.
• Achieve assigned weekly and monthly enrollment, revenue, and collection targets.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through structured follow-ups and effective lead prioritization.
• Handle prospective learners' queries related to programs, fees, learning formats, and admissions processes.
