Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and hiring candidates for technical and non-technical positions, preferably in manufacturing, electronics, or engineering industries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding manpower requirements to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR screening calls, assess candidate suitability, and shortlist profiles as per job requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements, experience, technical skills, and hiring priorities.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and interview panels, collect feedback, and follow up until closure.
• Coordinate salary discussions, prepare offer-related documentation,



follow up on offer acceptance, and ensure candidates join on the agreed date.
• Recruitment MIS: Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview feedback, offer status, joining status, and other hiring reports.
• Campus & Referral Hiring: Support campus recruitment, institute coordination, employee referral programs, and other hiring initiatives.
• Employer Branding: Help improve the company's visibility and attract suitable candidates through recruitment campaigns and skilled networking.
• Joining & Onboarding: Coordinate pre-joining formalities, document collection, and onboarding activities in collaboration with the HR team.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining candidate quality and a positive candidate experience.
