Are you an HR professional who knows how to build strong teams, drive bulk hiring, and manage a large field workforce? We’re looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our growing team at Unicorn Vending?
? Key Responsibilities:
? Execute bulk hiring for Delivery Riders, Last-Mile Delivery Executives & Logistics Personnel.
? Source candidates through Apna, Job Hai, social media, local networks, and field recruitment.
? Screen candidates and verify KYC documents, driving licences, and vehicle registration documents.
? Manage onboarding, documentation, and delivery app training.
? Monitor attendance, address employee grievances, and improve workforce retention.
? Build and maintain a reliable network of experienced delivery personnel.
✅ Who Should Apply?
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR experience in blue-collar recruitment.
• Mandatory experience in Q-Commerce,
E-Commerce, Food Delivery, Courier, or 3PL Logistics.
• Proven expertise in bulk hiring and managing delivery riders or field employees.
• Strong local market knowledge and an established network of delivery personnel.
• Proficiency in digital onboarding platforms and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
