Role Description

The Dispatch Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Aluva, responsible for overseeing daily dispatch operations to ensure timely, accurate,



and safe movement of goods and materials. This role coordinates schedules, assigns dispatch tasks, and monitors transportation activities to meet delivery timelines and service standards. The Dispatch Supervisor collaborates closely with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams, maintaining clear communication with drivers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include tracking dispatch status, resolving issues, updating records and systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The role also involves coaching and guiding dispatch staff, implementing process improvements, and supporting excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
