We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 (Office 365) L3 Engineer to manage complex technical escalations, troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services, and ensure the stability, security, and performance of the Microsoft 365 workplace. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID, PowerShell, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive, with the ability to perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for recurring issues.
Key Responsibilities• L3 Support & Incident Management: Handle complex escalations from L1/L2 support teams, troubleshoot critical incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Exchange Online & Outlook: Troubleshoot mail-flow issues, message delivery failures, mailbox permissions,



shared mailboxes, distribution groups, transport rules, and Outlook connectivity.
• Identity & Access Management: Administer Microsoft Entra ID, user and group access, MFA, Conditional Access, single sign-on (SSO), and hybrid identity configurations.
• Microsoft Teams: Troubleshoot Teams access, meetings, policies, permissions, audio/video, and collaboration issues.
• SharePoint Online & OneDrive: Resolve synchronisation, document access, permissions, external sharing, and site configuration issues.
• PowerShell & Automation: Develop and execute PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks, perform bulk operations, generate reports, and improve troubleshooting efficiency.
• Security & Compliance: Support Microsoft Defender for Office 365, email security policies, threat investigation, audit logging, and relevant Microsoft Purview controls.
