We are hiring the first dedicated field salesperson for OASIS, a restaurant management system built inside a working restaurant. You will sell to restaurant and café owners across Hyderabad — finding them, meeting them, demonstrating the product, and closing the subscription yourself.
About OASIS and CyfrOne
CyfrOne was founded in 2023 — the name comes from Cypher (zero) and One. We work across B2B software, business consulting and executive coaching.
OASIS is our restaurant management system, and it was built inside a working restaurant rather than in an office. Every screen was designed by watching service actually happen — billing and KOT, inventory and vendor purchase, recipe costing, CRM, Inventory Management & Control. We are live in Hyderabad cafés, restaurants and hotels today,



and going from a handful of outlets to a hundred. You would be the first dedicated salesperson on that journey: early, unstructured, with the co-founders' direct attention every day.

What the job actually is
You find the outlets, get in front of the owner, demo the product and close the subscription yourself. No one hands you leads and no one takes over at the closing table. A day looks like this:
• 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM — build and work the list. Walking a high street, Zomato and Maps research, WhatsApp follow-ups, calls to set meetings. Outlets still under fit-out are our best prospects.
• 12:30 – 3:30 PM — no outbound. Lunch rush; nobody running a kitchen will talk to you. Travel, proposals, pipeline notes.
• 3:30 – 7:30 PM — the window that matters. Owners reachable, kitchens quiet. Expect 30–35 conversations or 3–4 in office demos.
• Wednesdays, 4:00 – 5:00 PM — demo hour at The Bougainvillea, where prospec
